We collect information to provide you with our service. This Privacy Statement describes how Shakespeare Photobooks uses customer information e.g. name, address and email address.

1. What Customer Information does Shakespeare Photobooks collect?
The customer information that we request is to provide you with our service e.g. a billing address and a delivery address. Realex Payments (www.realexpayments.com ), a secure credit card authorisation company, will handle the payment processing. Shakespeare Photobooks will never see, receive or hold your card number.
2. How do we use customer information?
We use your email address, with your consent, to tell you about site improvements or to send you newsletters and Shakespeare Photobooks promotional offers. Only Shakespeare Photobooks, or third parties working on behalf of Shakespeare Photobooks, will send you these direct mailings. You can opt out from receiving these emails by using the 'unsubscribe' link that we provide in all email communication.
3. With whom does Shakespeare Photobooks share Customer Information?
We share customer information with third parties e.g. credit card authorisation company, printer, company sending out our emails. We give customer information to these third parties to provide you with the service you request. Shakespeare Photobooks will never see, receive or store your credit card number.
If Shakespeare Photobooks is permitted, required or obliged to do so by law (or to protect its rights or property), we will disclose customer information as necessary. We will contact the relevant Garda/Police authorities if we become aware of offensive, inappropriate or objectionable material or content.
4. Who sees your photos after they have been posted online?
Your products and customer information may be seen by our employees or employees of partner companies or third parties used by us to provide our service.
5. Do we use "IP Addresses" and cookies?
We use IP Addresses and Cookies in a very limited way as follows:
IP Addresses: An IP address is your unique computer's address that allows online information to be sent to the correct address. IP addresses help us to manage our website and customer database.
Cookies: Cookies are little files placed onto the hard drive of your computer the first time you visit our website. They don’t take private or personal information from your computer. They help our server to recognise you when you return to our website. You can change your browser settings to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies, you will not be able to use our shopping cart.
6. Do we use Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)?

HTML Newsletter: we use clear gifs only in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients.
