If you are ever dissatisfied with any of your products for any reason we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund.
We ask that the unsatisfactory products are returned to us, to investigate and to enable us to continue to provide the best quality printing in the future.
If you request a refund, it will be credited to the credit card that you used to purchase the product.

How do I send back returned items?
Shakespeare Photobooks will pay for the postage of your return.
How soon should I expect to see a credit from Shakespeare Photobooks
After you complete the Return & Refund form please allow 2-3 business days for customer service to contact you. Once a refund has been credited to your account we'll send you an email notification. Please allow 48 hours after receiving the email message for the credit to appear on your credit card.
Can I cancel an order I've placed but haven't received?
