Purpose of the website: Shakespeare Photobooks is an online service that provides high quality, printed products that customers create with their own photos, images and words. The products are then delivered to the customer’s address.

Payment method: You need a credit card or debit card to purchase products on our website. Your card will be charged only when you place an order for a product. Realex Payments ( www.realexpayments.com ), a secure credit card authorisation company, will handle the payment processing. Shakespeare Photobooks will never see, receive or store your card number.

Shakespeare Photobooks Terms and Conditions
Please read the Terms and Conditions below (the "Terms") and our Privacy Statement before you use the website or our services. These Terms will prevail in the case of inconsistencies between them and information in any other material e.g. promotional material and email. Some pages on the website may contain additional terms and conditions and they are incorporated by reference into the Terms. 1. Membership
Membership (referred to as "Membership") of Shakespeare Photobooks is available to you when you give requested information such as your name and correct email address and if you are at least 18 years of age. By becoming a Member, you agree to provide Shakespeare Photobooks with correct and complete information about yourself, when such information is required by us to provide you with the service.
When you are purchasing a product on the website, you will be asked to give a valid credit card or debit card number. Realex Payments
( www.realexpayments.com ), a secure credit card authorisation company, will handle the payment processing. Shakespeare Photobooks will never see, receive or store your card number.
2. Contract
A contract will exist between you and Shakespeare Photobooks for the supply of any products from the time that Shakespeare Photobooks sends you an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order. No contract shall exist between you and Shakespeare Photobooks until that time.
3. Storage
Shakespeare Photobooks may store the photographic products that you upload to the website for 30 days. After 30 days, they may be removed from the Shakespeare Photobooks storage facility. We recommend that before submitting files to us, you keep a copy for yourself to use for future re-ordering, or in the unlikely event of your digital images being corrupted, deleted or lost - which said loss or deletion may be the result of computer error, human error or technical malfunction. You should always keep your own copies of all files uploaded or otherwise supplied to Shakespeare Photobooks.
4. Website Availability
Shakespeare Photobooks uses reasonable efforts to keep the website available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, There will be times when access to the website will be interrupted to facilitate maintenance, modifications and repairs, or due to failure of equipment or telecommunications.
You agree that Shakespeare Photobooks shall not be liable to you for any suspension, discontinuation or modification of the Service.
5. Conduct of Members
Users of the service agree to not use this service to print, upload or store prohibited content. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, content that harms minors, that interferes with other people’s rights, that we believe is inappropriate for any reason (pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, abusive, deceptive or offensive, etc), that advocates illegal activity, that is copyright material being used without the owner’s explicit permission, and that may corrupt or compromise the service (viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses, etc).
You have sole responsible for all content that you upload to the website or that is in your products created by the service. You agree that Shakespeare Photobooks does not guarantee the appropriateness or accuracy of uploaded content. Finally, you agree that Shakespeare Photobooks Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates, shall not be liable, for any reason, for any claims due to content made available with the Service.
Shakespeare Photobooks has the sole discretion to determine whether or not content is Prohibited Content, and may examine any content uploaded to the website. Should it be required by law or should Shakespeare Photobooks deem it necessary we will contact the relevant Garda/Police authorities to report any prohibited material or content.
6. Returns
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will give a full refund to your credit or debit card. If we make a mistake in fulfillment of your order, please e-mail us and we will correct the mistake or give you a refund as necessary. We reserve the right to ask you to return the product supplied and to receive it before a refund is issued.
7. Pricing
All prices are stated in Euro and are valid until altered by us. Prices of ordered products are inclusive of VAT, where appropriate, and delivery charges.
8. Delivery
Any dates given for delivery times of any products are only estimated times.
9. Promotional Offers
Promotion codes will be published from time to time as part of a promotion. They can be used only for orders placed through this website. The promotion codes may give a discount on part of an order. Only one code can be used per order. Postage and packing charges will be applied to orders that use a promotional code. Further conditions may apply and will be published with the relevant offer code.
10. Order Cancellation
You may withdraw from the contract to purchase a product, without any charge, by advising us by email within 7 working days from our email that confirmed acceptance of your order. You agree that we may provide the service to you right away. The right of cancellation does not apply if we provide the service to you within this 7 day period.
11. Third Party Software
We make third-party software available on our website. By downloading that software, you acknowledge and agree that Shakespeare Photobooks does not guarantee that the software is free of any corruptive code e.g. viruses, worms, or Trojan horses. Shakespeare Photobooks makes no representations or warranties concerning any aspect of the downloaded software. In no event shall Shakespeare Photobooks (including its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents) be liable for claims of any nature, whether direct or indirect, arising from or related to any third-party software downloaded from the website.

Shakespeare Photobooks cannot give you permission to copy, display or distribute material for which you do not own the copyright. You may not copy or distribute such material without the written consent of the copyright owner. You are solely responsible for any copyright violations that you may incur as a result of using our website. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts for the resolution of disputes relating to these terms and conditions and your use of this Service and Site.
